Bamboo clients, partners, and community –

Today is an exciting day for Bamboo! After my 11 year tenure as our CEO, Aditi Joshi will become CEO on February 1st, 2025. I will be our Co-founder & Chairman.

Our new titles better reflect how we already contribute to Bamboo and what we each want to do over time. Every year since Aditi joined us, she has taken on more day-to-day agency leadership work from me. Every time I give her more, she rises to the occasion. By some point last year, Aditi formally led every team at Bamboo.

Whenever her scope expands, it frees me up to spend more time doing what I love: Helping our people and helping solve growth challenges of the clients I work with. I’ve been able to do that pretty much full-time since mid-2024 thanks to Aditi’s continued growth as a leader.

This evolution has been great for both of us, but even better for Bamboo. It has improved our client outcomes, the rate at which our people learn, and the amount of joy we get out of our work.

We’re now clear that this work division will be long-term, so we’re adjusting titles accordingly.

To everyone who’s placed your trust in me and Bamboo the last 11 years, it’s been the honor of my career to serve you as Bamboo’s CEO. I’m excited to continue doing so as Chairman. You will still see just as much of me and I have the utmost confidence in Aditi.

Passing the torch also sets an important precedent for me: 

Bamboo can operate as an independent agency, building future leaders within, for decades to come. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bamboo’s third CEO already works here too!

I am honored and thrilled to share that I have accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bamboo, effective February 1st, 2025. 

My four year journey at Bamboo has been an extraordinary adventure. I've had the privilege of working alongside incredible brands who have trusted us with their most ambitious growth goals. Together, we've pushed boundaries, embraced data-driven innovation, and delivered measurable results that have transformed businesses.

Looking ahead, I envision Bamboo’s next chapter as one of deeper partnerships and expanded capabilities. We will continue to improve in both core and emerging channels all whilst continuing to level up our analytics capabilities. And most importantly, we’ll fight to retain what makes Bamboo most special: being truly in service of the brands and people that place their trust in us.

At this moment of transition, I feel profound gratitude. To Daniel – your exceptional leadership has built Bamboo into the respected agency it is today, creating a foundation of excellence that will guide us forward. To our remarkable team of Pandas – your dedication, creativity, and expertise inspire me daily. You are the heart and soul of our agency and what makes Bamboo a special place to work!

And to our valued clients – you have been the catalyst for our evolution and success. You motivate us to innovate, your feedback strengthens us, and our personal relationships give us so much purpose in supporting you.
